Phenomenal Connection: When a Dream, a Past Life Regression, and Birth Charts Unite Generations with Peggy Schick
A recurring dream, a psychic encounter, and a past life regression drew Peggy Schick into an unexpected psycho-spiritual relationship with a great-grandmother who died sixty years before her birth. These phenomenological encounters offered vivid glimpses into this ancestor’s life—details Peggy later confirmed through historical records. She also discovered striking astrological symmetries between their birth charts that mirrored the archetypal themes revealed in the regression session. This presentation invites participants to consider how phenomenological experiences and astrological charts can function as resonant bridges between generations, revealing the deeper patterns across time and space that call us toward healing.
Bio: Peggy Schick is an astrologer, regression therapist, and Reiki Master with a private practice, Soulful Wellness, in Brunswick, Maine. The story she shares in this presentation is one that propelled her to leave a long career in nonprofit advancement and step fully into the realm of the mystical. She is currently a PhD candidate in Pacifica Graduate Institute’s Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices program. Her research explores what transpersonal journeying with astrological Chiron—particularly in this period leading up to its discovery return—might reveal about Chiron’s evolving astrological role in the healing of ancestral wounding.
Songs from the Stars: discovering musicianship signatures in the natal chart, and how loudly they sing with Kiera Thompson
This presentation takes a deep dive into how music can play a role in the native’s life. We will explore the definition of music and what it means to you personally, while examining patterns and survey data of natal charts that might demonstrate musicianship characteristics.
Bio: Kiera is a practicing astrologer and tarot reader, and is an active member of the NCGR Boston Chapter. She is also a professional musician, music teacher, and music therapist, and is the Director/Owner of The Music Tree of Boston. Kiera was first introduced to natal astrology in 2008 from her teacher, Tisziji Munoz, and returned to an immersive self-study in 2019, leading her to the NCGR community. She is now interested in astrology as a therapeutic modality and is exploring its application in her work as an expressive therapist and mental health counselor. Kiera received a Bachelor of Music degree in clarinet performance at the New England Conservatory of Music in 2005, and a Master of Arts degree in Expressive Therapy from Lesley University in 2014.
