”Join us as we take a look at the ingress chart for Uranus in Gemini. This will be the first time The Awakener has entered Gemini since August 7, 1941. Uranus makes this ingress on July 7 this year, than backtracks into Taurus in November--re-entering Gemini in April 2026. We'll take a look at the chart for this first ingress and revisit the retrograde chart in November”. (chart below)

Meeting Summary:
NCGR member, Tom Canfield, attended the Discussion Group to share his insights on the Dwarf Planet Eris and her current conjunction with Chiron. In this meeting, Tom and Jude discuss astrological aspects and their potential implications for societal issues. They explore the symbolism of Uranus, Venus, and Sedna in relation to women's rights and personal transformation. The conversation touches on upcoming planetary movements, including Saturn and Neptune retrograding into Pisces, which they suggest might lead to a period of reflection on recent societal changes. They also discuss the need to examine personal beliefs and their origins. Tom has written three books on Eris, including one that tracks 800 years of Eris-Pluto aspects in relation to major historical events. Tom also discusses the upcoming conjunction of Eris and Chiron, drawing parallels to the last conjunction 50 years ago during the Roe v. Wade decision.
