Meets online: the second Saturday of the month (unless otherwise noted), 10:00 - 11:00 AM Eastern Time

Next meeting: December 20th*, via Zoom

*The meeting date has changed from the usual 2nd Saturday of the month so as not to conflict with the Chapter's Speaker Series webinar, Rewilding Saturn with Dr. Katherine O'Connell, on December 13.

December’s Meeting Topic: We'll look at the chart of the Neptune Station Direct (Dec 10), Mars-Neptune square (Dec 14), Mars ingress into Capricorn (December 15); then look ahead to the solstice chart. A jam packed adventure and to quote a member of our group, 'that Solstice chart is a corker'! (Thank you, SP!)

November 8th Session Follow-Up:

Meeting Summary:
The second Mercury/Mars conjunction in Sagittarius, on November 12, and the Grand Water Trine aspect perfecting five days later, on November 17 of Sun/Jupiter/Saturn. (chart below - click on black button)

From Jude Valentine, the group host:
We began by looking at the significance of the past Mercury and Mars' conjunction in Scorpio, noting its fiery and passionate energy and explored how this aspect might relate to recent events, such as the No Kings Rallies and the focus on affordability in political discussions. We highlighted the need for philosophical reflection and introspection, particularly as Uranus retrogrades back into Taurus and the Saturn-Neptune conjunction approaches in January. The conversation touched on the potential for Mercury to bring about a period of philosophical contemplation and reevaluation of values.

We looked at the significance of Mercury and Mars in Sagittarius, warning of heated discussions, especially among politicians. Noting the dominance of fixed water signs in the current chart, there was a suggestion for adaptability and caution. The conversation touched on the upcoming Grand Trine in water, with Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune playing key roles, indicating a period of emotional intensity and potential for practical change.

We touched on current astrological aspects affecting the natal United States chart, then widened the time bracket to peek at the upcoming Saturn-Neptune conjunction in February and a solar eclipse in Aquarius at 28 degrees on the natal US moon. (chart below)
